What are the opening dates of the campsite?
The campsite will be open from May 7, 2026 to September 6, 2026.
Do I need to book a camping pitch?
Booking is strongly recommended during high season. To obtain a pitch without a reservation, we advise calling in advance to check availability.
What is the minimum stay for a camping pitch?
- Low season: minimum 1 night
- High season: minimum 7 nights
What is the minimum stay for accommodation?
- Low season: between 2 and 4 nights minimum depending on the period
- High season: minimum 7 nights
When do bookings open for next year?
Bookings for 2027 will open in October 2026.

Cancellation Insurance
What is the purpose of cancellation insurance?
Cancellation insurance allows you to be reimbursed for the amounts paid (deductible deducted) in case of unforeseen events before or during your stay.
It costs 4% of the total stay amount, whether for rental accommodation or camping pitches.
This insurance must be taken out at the time of booking.
It may apply in the following cases (non-exhaustive list):
- Serious illness, serious accident or death of a family member
- Significant material damage requiring your presence (fire, water damage, burglary, etc.)
- Redundancy
- Accident or total theft of the vehicle/caravan on the way to the campsite

Payments
When and how do I pay for my stay?
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Can I pay for my stay in instalments free of charge?
Yes, instalment payments are possible:
- 3 instalments free of charge at the time of booking (up to 60 days before arrival)
- Flexible payments in several instalments via your Yelloh! Village account or through the “Pay for my stay” section, until the balance is fully paid
For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), instalment payments are not available: the stay must be paid in full at the time of booking.
What payment methods are accepted?
Depending on the booking date, you can pay by:
- Credit card
Online payment directly on our website, using your booking reference (O2025 / U2025…) and the last name (in capital letters) used at the time of booking - Bank transfer
Our bank details will be provided on the payment page or sent by email once your booking request has been accepted
Bookings made less than 15 days before arrival: credit card payment only.
Prices
What does the price of my stay include?
The price varies depending on the period, stay dates and the accommodation or pitch category chosen.
The price includes:
- The accommodation or reserved pitch
- Access to entertainment: children’s activities, sports and evening entertainment (July and August)
- Access to the aquatic area
- Access to sanitary facilities
- Sports facilities: multi-sports court, table tennis, pétanque, mini-golf, football field
- Children’s facilities: playgrounds, giant trampoline, zip line, inflatable castle
Additional charges may apply depending on selected options: tourist tax, pets, paid options, etc.
On-site expenses (restaurant, bar, wellness area, etc.) are not included and remain at the guest’s expense.
The price has changed since my last visit to the website ; why?
Prices may vary depending on the period, demand and availability.
The same accommodation or pitch may therefore display a different price for an identical stay, depending on when the consultation or booking is made.
Are there any special offers or discounts?
Yes, several offers may allow you to benefit from reduced rates depending on the period and type of stay:
- Long Stay Offer: valid from 10 nights on pitches, excluding July/August*
- Early Booking Offer: -10% for bookings made before December 31*
- Couple Rate: available for the Cottage Borie, for stays for two*
- Loyalty points usage: redeemable for low-season stays*

Modify / Cancel a Stay
How can I modify my booking?
Any modification request, subject to availability, must be sent by email no later than 15 days before the start of your stay to:

Can I change campsites after booking?
Yelloh! Village campsites are independent franchises.
It is therefore not possible to transfer a booking or payments already made from one campsite to another.
If you wish to stay at another campsite, you must cancel your current booking in accordance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You can then make a new booking at the campsite of your choice.
How can I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, please send your request by email to: mail@campinglascauxvacances.com
Cancellation fees will apply, in accordance with the current General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
If you have taken out cancellation insurance:
First inform the campsite by email.
Then declare your claim within 10 working days following the event causing the cancellation at: www.declare.fr/yelloh
What cancellation fees apply?
Without cancellation insurance:
Fees depend on the cancellation date:
Up to 16 days before arrival: 25% of the stay retained (deposit)
Between 15 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the stay retained + a 50% credit voucher usable at the same campsite
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the stay retained
With cancellation insurance:
Fees may be covered according to the insurance conditions (illness, accident, redundancy, etc.).
If the reason is not accepted or the claim is rejected, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply.
Before Arrival
What time can I arrive at the campsite?
Arrival times depend on your type of stay:
- Rental accommodation: arrival from 5:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am
- Camping pitches: arrival from 3:00 pm, departure before 12:00 pm
If you arrive before the scheduled time, it is generally possible to access the campsite and park inside while waiting for your accommodation or pitch to be available.
Is it possible to arrive in the evening or at night?
Yes, late arrivals are accepted.
In low season, a self-check-in procedure will be set up and explained by phone.
In high season, a night receptionist is available for arrivals after reception closing time.
After 11:00 pm, vehicle access to cottages and pitches is closed.
You may however park in the car park at the campsite entrance.
Can I arrive earlier and use the campsite facilities?
Yes, it is possible to arrive before the scheduled time and enjoy the facilities (such as the aquatic area) before accessing your accommodation or pitch.
What documents do I need to present on arrival?
A valid ID (identity card or passport) will be required upon arrival, at least for the booking holder.
Please also come to reception with all stay participants for registration.
Do I need to pay a security deposit on arrival?
Yes, a €200 deposit is required for all Cottage or Lodge Tent rentals.
It can be paid by cheque or credit card pre-authorisation.
The deposit is returned after departure, unless the inventory check is unsatisfactory.
Where can I find the campsite map?
You can view the campsite map directly on our website or via our mobile application.
Do I need to register my children for the kids’ club?
No registration is required. Simply accompany your child directly to the mini-club at the times indicated on the schedule.
End of Stay
What time must I vacate my accommodation or pitch?
Departure times depend on your booking type:
- Rental accommodation: before 10:00 am
- Camping pitches: before 12:00 pm
Is it possible to leave the campsite in the afternoon?
Late departure may be granted exceptionally, upon request, only in low season and subject to availability.
In high season, late departures are not possible.
Is an inventory check carried out at departure?
No inventory check is carried out in your presence.
The accommodation is inspected after departure and the deposit is released if everything is compliant.
For groups, an appointment for an inventory check is required.
How is the deposit refunded?
After your departure, we inspect the accommodation and then proceed with the deposit refund.
The average delay is 1 to 2 days.
For credit card deposits, the release time may vary depending on your bank.
In case of a longer delay, a simple email to your bank may help speed up the process.

I forgot an item at the campsite – what should I do?

How can I obtain my invoice?
The final invoice is available only at the end of your stay.

Rental Accommodation
What are the differences between 2-Flower, 3-Flower, 4-Flower and PREMIUM accommodations?
At Yelloh! Village, accommodations are divided into 4 comfort categories to suit all needs and budgets:
2 Flowers: Simple and functional accommodation, ideal for essential holiday comfort.
→ Lascaux Vacances: Lodge Tent 4 people, 2 bedrooms
3 Flowers: Higher comfort, more equipment and more refined decoration.
→ Lascaux Vacances: Cottage Borie 4 people, 2 bedrooms; Cottage Châtaigner 6 people, 3 bedrooms
4 Flowers: Spacious and very well-equipped accommodations, including:
- Bed linen provided
- Towels included (1 large + 1 small per person)
- Dishwasher
→ Lascaux Vacances: Cottage Dordogne 5 people, 2 bedrooms; Cottage Vézère 5 people, 2 bedrooms; Cottage Sarlat 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

What equipment is included in the accommodations?
All our accommodations are equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, regardless of the category:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Complete crockery and kitchen utensils
- Table, chairs and garden furniture
- Beds with mattresses, pillows and duvets or blankets
- Storage spaces
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin (except Lodge Tents)
- Separate WC (except Lodge Tents)
Are the accommodations equipped with heating and/or air conditioning?
All Premium Cottages are equipped with reversible air conditioning and electric heaters in the bedrooms.
Other accommodations are equipped with heating only, except the Lodge Tent.
Can I choose a specific accommodation on the campsite map?
You can reserve a specific pitch or accommodation by purchasing the paid option “Choice of pitch” (€40).
This option allows you to indicate a preferred area or pitch number.
Without this option, we will do our best to meet your preferences, but cannot guarantee them.
Are bed linen, towels and blankets provided ?
Duvets or blankets and pillows are provided in all accommodations.
Regarding bed linen and towels:
Included in 4-Flower and PREMIUM categories
Optional in 2- and 3-Flower categories:
- 18 € per bed for bed linen rental
- 12 € per person for towel rental
Is my baby counted in the total number of guests?
Yes, babies are counted in the total number of occupants, regardless of age.
For safety and insurance reasons, the maximum capacity of the accommodation may never be exceeded, even with a baby cot.
Please remember to declare your baby when booking.
Camping Pitches
What is a 2-Flower pitch?
At Yelloh! Village, pitches are classified into different comfort categories.
At our campsite, all pitches are 2-Flower pitches: standard pitches of 80 to 100 m², equipped with a 16-amp electrical connection.
Can I choose a specific pitch on the campsite map?
Yes, by subscribing to the paid option “Choice of pitch” (€40).
Without this option, preferences cannot be guaranteed.
How many people are included in the price?
The pitch price includes 2 adults.
Any additional person (adult, child or baby) is subject to a supplement depending on the period.
The maximum number of people per pitch is 6, baby included.
Can several families stay on one pitch?
There is no special rate for sharing a pitch between several families.
The price applies per installation:
- 1 installation = 1 car + 1 tent
- or 1 car + 1 caravan
- or 1 motorhome / van / bus
You may request pitches next to each other and subscribe to the “Choice of pitch” option for guaranteed placement.
Pets
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed, except category 1 and 2 dogs.
Price: €7.00 per day per dog.
Rules to respect:
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times
- Dogs are prohibited near swimming pools, food shops and buildings
- Vaccination records must be up to date
Can I bring a pet other than a dog?
This depends on the type of animal and campsite conditions.
Please contact the campsite directly for prior approval.
Entertainment
Are daytime activities offered?
Yes, in July and August, daytime activities are organised for all ages: sports tournaments, team games, sports activities, creative workshops, and more.
Are evening activities organised?
Yes, in July and August, we offer many evening events: concerts, shows, games, themed evenings, karaoke and even mini-disco for children.
Are there activities outside July and August?
No, there are no activities during low season.
Are activities and the kids’ club included?
Yes, all scheduled activities and the kids’ club are included and supervised by our animation team.
Some specific activities offered by external providers (e.g. canoeing, laser game) may be chargeable and are clearly indicated as such.
Where can I find the entertainment programme?
The programme is available on the Yelloh! Village mobile app, regularly updated by the campsite.
It is also displayed on site, at reception and in common areas.
From what age can children join the kids’ club?
The kids’ club welcomes children from 5 years old.
Do I need to register my child for the kids’ club?
No prior registration is required. Simply come directly to the mini-club during scheduled hours.
Pools and Leisure
What facilities are available for children?
Children can enjoy many dedicated facilities:
- Swimming pools
- Paddling pool
- Water slides
- Outdoor playground
- Inflatable castle
- Zip line
- Giant trampoline
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, the campsite has a large pool area including a main pool and a covered pool, connected by a water circuit.
Both pools are heated to 25°C.
Is there a water slide?
Yes, the campsite has 3 water slides.
Are the pools heated?
Yes, all pools are heated.
Are swim shorts allowed?
Yes, swimsuits and swim shorts are allowed.
All other clothing is prohibited for hygiene reasons.
Catering and Grocery Store
What shops are available at the campsite?
On site, you will find:
- A restaurant open morning, noon and evening, with takeaway meals available
- A grocery store for daily essentials, with fresh bread and pastries every day
Are services available in low season?
Yes, all services are open throughout the season, from May to September.
Is half-board available?
Yes, we offer a half-board option including breakfast and dinner (lunch can replace dinner upon request).
You choose starter, main course and dessert from the menu; drinks are not included.
Children may also choose from the menu, with adapted portions.
Rates:
- €30 / day / person over 12 years old
- €19 / day / child from 4 to under 12
- €7 / day / child from 2 to under 4
Half-board service hours:
Breakfast: 8:00 am – 10:30 am
Lunch: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Yes, a laundry room is available with washing machines (€6) and dryers (€4).
Do you lend electrical extensions and blue adapters?
Yes, we lend them free of charge, subject to availability.

Do you offer a postal service?
Yes, a postal service is available at reception for sending and receiving mail or parcels.
Are there electric vehicle charging stations?
No, the campsite does not have EV charging stations.
However, a charging station is available in the village about 1.5 km away.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite.
A paid premium version is also available for faster connection.
What equipment can be rented?
We offer several rental options:
- Baby kit (high chair + travel cot without mattress) – rental accommodation only
- Bed linen & towels – not included in 3-Flower Cottages and Lodge Tents
- Refrigerator – pitches only
In addition, we lend sports equipment free of charge: table tennis rackets, tennis rackets, mini-golf clubs, balls, etc.

Yes! Sarlat is 21 km from the campsite, about 20 minutes by car.

Yes, Lascaux Vacances is a very shaded site, especially thanks to truffle oaks and other trees.
